User Experience Design & Concept Development

Bachelor of Honours in Marketing & Advertising
Backinghamshire Chilterns University // England

Human life is dramatically surrounded by complex information through digital platforms. Gadgets are getting smaller and more intuitive to use. This progress requires very fast rebuilding of the information which has to be displayed in a more useful and attractive way to the end user. Therefore it’s important to have a clear understanding of the focus group, to recognise user goals and to assemble information in order to offer excellent user experience and this is my passion…

Competences

Product Discovery is a very challenging process with focus on interdisciplinary cooperation at the very early stage. It’s important to understand the brand philosophy, the user behaviour and eventually the current issues from every discipline’s perspective. Every Product is different, so it’s important to apply the right methodology for the most accurate approach. Depending on the project, my responsibility varies between four following steps:

Research & Analysis

Before creating a brand experience it’s important to analyse the brand by itself, the behaviour of the focus group and finally the current competition on the market. Based on qualitative and quantitative research the most important insights will be evaluated.

Strategy & Concept

Before creating a brand experience it’s important to analyse the brand by itself, the behaviour of the focus group and finally the current competition on the market. Based on qualitative and quantitative research the most important insights will be evaluated.

Prototyping & Testing

The insights are collected, now the project needs a strong direction, so every discipline has a clear vision for the forthcoming journey. Therefore a brand positioning and content based concept will be created. The analysis of the focus group behaviour is crucial for creating the user journeys and task models.

Design Implementation

After prove of concept the implementation will begin. Based on the specification document and the prototypes the product will get a face which fits to customer’s needs and perceptions.

Platform experience

The user is everywhere so the content has to be the same. For better product experience the user shouldn’t notice, he visiting the site or native app on different platforms, the transition between the plattforms needs to be very smooth. For creating crossplattfomt project the strong knowledge of the design principles is required. During my work for different brands I had the possibility to learn the most used platforms in detail. Here are all of them:

iOS

Wearables

I had a pleasure to work with

For the great projects, broad knowledge, a lot of fun and actually the biggest part of my digital experiece, I need to thank the teams from following agencies I had a pleasure to work with:

Interaction & User Interface Design

Design as a conceptual aspect has more importance than just transfer a visual part of a product. Design is about simplicity and usability. No matter what kind of product will be used, design is the main rate of quality. From packaging solution by B2C marketing to complex information architecture and creating intuitive sketches for web and app development helps design to win more trust for the product and as a result for the whole brand.

It makes me proud

I appreciate very much being involved in some challenging projects where our teams could accept big challenges and achive great results. Here are some players I might work for:
